The two week induction period was very insightful and well-structured. I always felt very supported by my trainer during meetings and it allowed me to build my confidence and knowledge to a level that I felt comfortable starting my new role in primary care. I cannot fault the training team, I was made to feel so welcome from the beginning and they continue to be on hand throughout your role to provide guidance where needed.
