I’m a London PCN Finance Lead and GP Partner. Core Prescribing Solutions (CPS) is an incredible service that has served my practices and patients brilliantly since October 2020. CPS recruited a dozen pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for our PCN in a matter of weeks. All of the CPS pharmacists have been great and have been dealing with all of our repeat prescriptions, medication queries and QOF/IIF/Enhanced Service chronic disease management. CPS provides the ARRS staff with all the supervision needed so we haven’t had to worry about any training/HR workload and CPS have always been extremely responsive to our changing requirements and feedback. We were initially unsure about using remote staff but it works perfectly. The workload and strain on our practices reduced overnight when we started working with CPS and I wish we signed with them earlier. An amazing NHS service.
