  Colin is a PWC trained Chartered Accountant and seasoned CFO with a dynamic track record of driving growth across fast-scaling, entrepreneurial businesses—particularly in the med-tech and health-tech sectors. Beginning his career at PwC, he quickly progressed to become Finance Director of a listed medical devices group, where he spearheaded in shaping financial strategy and improving operational performance.

  Leveraging this experience, Colin founded his own fractional CFO consultancy, advising innovative med-tech and health-tech companies. His hands-on approach and strategic insight led him to invest in two client businesses, stepping in as Managing Director to lead their respective growth journeys. Under his leadership, both businesses achieved successful exits—one via trade sale, the other through a private equity transaction.

  Since 2020, Colin has continued to work within the med-tech and health-tech space, combining financial leadership with his significant business development expertise to help companies scale efficiently and sustainably. His strengths include increasing EBITDA, managing M&A processes, securing funding, and designing effective exit strategies. His experience spans business planning, working capital management, and financial strategy, ensuring businesses are well-positioned for success.

She is focused on optimisation of patient care through clinical consultations, service development, and training and education of clinicians. She specialises in Pain Management, Anticoagulation and Minor Illness. Stacey prides herself on her motivation and ambition to exhibit a holistic and MDT approach, prioritising improving health literacy and shared decision making to maximise patient consultations and improve outcomes. 

  Stacey has studied to complete various clinical qualifications: at The University of Bradford (Master of Pharmacy with Distinction, 2014), Sheffield Hallam University (Independent Prescribing, 2018), The University of York (Managing Minor Illness in First Contact Care, 2019), RPS (Core Advanced Pharmacist, 2023). Stacey is the Chair of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society – Primary Care Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group and also sits on the panel. She has worked across various pharmacy settings, supervising and delivering training for a range of Primary Care staff: Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Trainee Pharmacy Technicians, GP Registrars, Health and Wellbeing Teams, Physician Associates and Community Pharmacy Teams.

As a registered Independent Prescriber, Sonia has a particular clinical interest in anticoagulation therapy and delivers high-quality care through comprehensive medication reviews and the management of minor illnesses across a variety of healthcare settings.

  Sonia is also a passionate educator and advocate for lifelong learning in healthcare. She has taught a broad spectrum of professionals, including medical students, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and physician associates, across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Her commitment to education is evident in her engaging, inclusive teaching style and her dedication to supporting the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals
