Location: Bradford HQ + Field Based (UK travel required)
Salary: Up to £40k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (typically £1–3k/month extra)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)

At Core Prescribing Solutions, we deliver the support that keeps healthcare moving. Our outsourced clinical services, pharmacy solutions and consultancy free up GP time and improve patient outcomes.
As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our team. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on connection, listens deeply, and can prescribe the right solution every time.
A Day on the Frontline of Growth
Your day begins at our Bradford HQ, coffee in hand, reviewing your pipeline and planning the conversations that will shape the day ahead.
By mid-morning, you’re sitting down with a GP partner or NHS stakeholder, diagnosing their challenges and prescribing a tailored solution that lightens their team’s workload. In the afternoon, you might be attending an NHS event, meeting clinical directors, or following up with a practice ready to take the next step.
Before the day ends, you update our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) with the details that keep everything running smoothly. You share insights that help refine tomorrow’s campaigns — and maybe even celebrate a freshly signed contract.

What You’ll Bring
You have a solid foundation in healthcare sales or business development, ideally working with GP practices, primary care or NHS partnerships.
You’re confident, persuasive and resilient — someone who builds trust quickly and keeps conversations moving forward. You’re fluent in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, organised with Microsoft Office, and thrive on being out in the field meeting clients face-to-face.
A full UK driving licence is essential. Above all, you bring curiosity, empathy and a desire to make a measurable difference to healthcare.
